SPS48A Posted June 20, 2021 Posted June 20, 2021 I'm a bit confused on effective use of what amounts to 4 triggers on the Constellation alpha. We have the flip down 1, partial pull 2, back partial 3, back full 4. I am tempted to ignore 1, 2 and implement 3 and 4 as guns1, guns2. But that would be waste of 2 good buttons. Suggestions on how you are effectively implementing this trigger scheme?
JIGGAwest Posted June 23, 2021 Posted June 23, 2021 This is probably all personal preference. I suggest using whatever you think is useful. I dont use all the trigger functions, but on a few aircraft I do. for example: On the Huey. I use the "flip down" trigger function to switch to rockets, with the pull being the rockets fire button. On the harrier and the f18, I use the flip down to switch Air to Air gun mode. On the BF109, and the Viggen I use the "flip up" to arm the guns/weapons. As these aircraft have something similar to this in game. I'm sure others have more effective uses for these, but this is what i do.
