Can't run Marianas Map on dedicated server

i'm running a dedicated server. i'mm having problems with anything to do with the Marianas map. i have other missions with all the other maps and run DSMC,CTLD,CSAR, with mod aircraft and such. but just trying a Marianas mission with a single Mi-24 no other mods, just the Marianas map and a single aircraft and the GUI won't even let me change to the next mission that isn't a Marianas map... I can change setting, do anything else with the GUI, except restart the server. i have to shut down the GUI and restart it with another mission and everything runs like normal.
