Ercan ILS lacks G/S

The ILS is clearly misplaced. It also lacks glideslope, which it should have according to the real-world data.

The VOR station is incorrectly placed as well. It has been located on the west side for years, and is still there in 2021, when the new runway is nearly finished:

The localizer and VOR are no longer misplaced (thanks!), but ILS still lacks glideslope.
