Ac owners rise up! One of us needs help!

So uhm...i have 2 external ac units and i live on the second floor. Usually my area is really clear but something really unsual happened this year. This is the second time in my life im experiencing 100kmh + winds!. So what can i do about them to feel more secure?

Is there a building manager?, or do you own the property?

Building manager - it’s his/her problem, once you notify them of a loose unit, the onus is on them to sort it as you are paying for a property plus all services expected with it.
If you own the property - bit difficult without actually seeing the offending unit. 🤔

I installed my own units on city owned building. Theyre installed right between my balcony and my bedroom's windows

The only thing I could suggest, without actually seeing the install, is to use some sort of substantial masonry bolt via the attachment points for the units.
Sort of an upgrade if you will.

Depending on unit weight, you may need something that extends at least 4 inches into the brickwork. Exchange the bolts one for one and you shouldn’t have to remove the unit.

If the wind causes movement, it’s either going to be the anchoring points, or something about how the unit sits in the attachment frame?

Unsure chap, wish I could see . .

Depending from where the wind blows the units are protected by my balcony. They're also anchored in comunist era concrete. I didnt really notice any problems but its scary since idk the braking point. Also due to the design cant make a proper picture of the anchoring

Understood chap. Don’t worry about the pictures - the last thing I would want is you to take an unscheduled sky dive!

^^ These are bolts (expanding type) I’ve used before, good for many things, and I’ve reliably secured equipment weighing around 500lbs to the wall with several of these, along with chemical anchoring, see video below.
