Rift S Annoying flashing lights on start page and in mission editor

Does anyone know what is causing these flashes on startup been doing it since last update, all drivers up to date on system.

I tried a VR Hangar Mod once. There was one with an F/A-18 Hornet in the Hangar. An F-18 had the headlight on the nose landing gear.

I then made a flight with the UH-1 H and noticed a bright spot whenever I looked ahead.
If I looked to the side it was gone, if I looked forward it was back.
What I saw there was the nose landing gear light because it has the same silhouette. I think you have something in the background that is probably still open, please check.

I removed the mod and the cause was gone. Also have the Rift S + RTX 2070
