Have you ever wondered about snake like ILS approaches when flying large jets in FSX?

It happens very fast when it comes to intercepting the localiser which doesn’t leave much room for precisely executed gentle turns, having Course Deviation Indicator and VOR/ILS pointer needles as fundamental reference for landing makes it short of precision due to the needles being so close to each other and therefore the correct turn rate is hard to determine.

This nice document part 3/3 at 5.5 minute into the video demonstrates an interesting approach turn on the last few moments before landing.

Do you know what system they use, (AP/APP), or an indicator of some sort?

Load to 5.5 minute if you don’t wish to watch the whole thing.

I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully.
