I think for the F10 commands , you have to use the Options command.  F10 is for mission builders to expand the DCS coms menu and therefor is usually customized.

Otherwise, you can use the regular VAICON commands like,

"Request start, taxi, departure." <- not needed, but I do it anyway out of habit.

"Flight join up."

"Flight engage bandits."

"Flight engage ground targets."

"Two cover me." <- use this one a lot 😆

"Flight return to base."

Anybody know how to use the Comm F10 commands with VaiCom voice rather than “options, take10, take1”?

Vaicom has a setting in the Preferences tab of the config window to enable "Import F10 Menu".

From the manual:
MP Server Special Menus
Through the ‘Import F10 Menus’ function it is possible to add server-specific commands to the voice commands set. Imported F10 menu items get ‘Action’ in front of the phrase: for example an imported menu item ‘Push to Waypoint 2’ would become ‘Action Push to Waypoint 2‘ on import. This can then become anything you like in the keywords editor. This import will only work if the server has implemented the F10 menu in the standard compatible manner (which is the case for most servers).
