Switching Views or Entering F10 Map causes lag upon return to Cockpit

As the title states I have had many issues where entering an alternate view or F10 map will cause my Frame-time to spike from 13-14ms to 60+ for a random amount of time. Sometimes ALT-TABing or opening Task Manager solves it but it is not consistent. This happens in both multiplayer or single player missions.

Yup. Probably almost everyone.

 

Suspect it's an asset loading issue with DCS. It's very noticeable if you play multiplayer and change airframes.
