QUESTION: How to radio contact the tower/ground in the Mosquito on the Clash of Wings Server

As the title says, I'm on the Clash of Wings server and I can't seem to contact the tower nor the ground crew (to start the engine). The electrical power is on, the radio is on. I tried every channel - A, B, C, D - nothing works. Usually the radio freqs are pre-programmed on that server. Anyone else having this problems? Any ideas?
