TCS elevation not showing when not locking up a target

The TCS elevation indicator next to the radar elevation next to the DDD doesn't move unless you're locked up to a target (only slaved to the radar and radar is actively tracking the target) and not when you're manually slewing it around with the HCU. I don't know if this is how it is on the real aircraft or it's simply a bug.

 

Manually slewing with HCU with TCS slewed to almost the bottom of it's gimbal limit.

This simply isn't implemented for the time being, hence it does not work on its own. We're still thinking whether or not we might add it.
