How to get checklist

During the tutorial your handy copilot gunner person helps you go through the startup checklist. How can you get this fun feature in a regular flight?

I don't know about adding a voice but one thing you can do is make a kneeboard checklist - that's what I've done (although mine is customised to me and includes notes on Voice Attack settings I want to set up, so I can't really offer it to you as it's not finished).
