DCS F-16 3D model status/Need correct translation, please!

Hi,

 

Would someone be so kind to give us a correct translation of this:

 

"Ф-16 пока остановлен. Это минус. Из плюсов: высокая степень готовности. Когда все это "родится" и как будет выглядеть сообщить не готов. Одно могу сказать, точность исполнения получилась высокой (использовались сечения General Dynamics, а также циферки из тех. описаний по самолету)."

Something like that:

F-16 has stoped temporary. This is bad. Good news: it almost done. I can't said right now when it will 'born' and how it will look. But it have a high degree of accuracy (sectional views from General Dynamics, and numbers from aircraft technical specification was used for modeling).
