Fire At Point "Ignore Target" option

With the fire at point command, particularly with AAA firing at a point in the air, it would be good to have an "Ignore Target" option box so that you can have the AAA continue to fire at the point even if they see a valid target in range.

• This could give mission makers a bit more flexibility to get AAA to do exactly what they want.
• Right now from some testing I can get Flak 18 to keep firing at the point but anything else will fire at a valid target when they see it.
• Apart from unarmed targets like Yak-52.
• Even with setting them as Weapons Hold/Weapon State Green they will fire at point till they see a target and then fire at that.

Hopefully not too hard to implement and would improve this feature with a simple change. Many thanks in advance if it can be done!
