Kneeling Static Crewman

Now, forgive my ignorance if there's a lua for this, but when I was placing some static crewman on the Stennis/Forrestal, I couldn't help but think "It'd be nice if these guys were at least kneeling so it doesn't look like their heads are gonna get lopped off when I shoot". 

Is there any way that some kneeling versions could be released in a future update? or is there a way to make these guys kneel without having Andee Frizzell get in their heads to tell them to do so (and bonus points to anyone who understands *that* reference)
