Jester breaks NAV when entering from MAP mark point

Jester move the own aircraft location by approximately 3 degrees and 23 seconds when entering an ST while using a map mark point. 
I have only tried to enter the WP via map mark point with the new Jester LANTIRN and while having the pod equipped
