Directorys for Screenshots and Pilot photos?

Can anyone point me to where the in-game screen shots are saved? I can't find them....they are not in the screenshots directory. And yes I am talking about the ones taken with the PrtScrn/SysRq button in game. I also can't seem to find the directory for the pilot photos?

Thanks! For some reason the screen shots will only show up in Photoshop, not in ACDSee or Windows....but I found them.
