Mission "HB Tomcat Iran Flogger Faceoff" Mig-23's do not take off from Bandar Abbas

In the mission, the Mig23s are set to spawn from helicopter parking, so they just sit there for the whole mission and never taxi to the runway. Fixed by moving the parking spots for the Migs to one of the fighter spots. 

 

Steps to reproduce: 

What I did: Fly the mission for 30 minutes and wonder what you're doing wrong until you get shot down by a boat lol

Easier: Open in mission editor, set all units visible on F10 map, start the mission and observe Mig-23s sitting on the ramp

Confirmed, flew it the other day and they aren't departing. Maybe there's some sort of trigger for them to takeoff that's been broken?
