ME 109 D9 Throttle Bind

Orion throttle binds but in game throttle acts funny. It goes full open or idle. No smooth range. Any idea? Have video but file to large.

It's shows the throttle moving smoothly.... weird... as it in game doesn't recognize mid range

DCS config problem then. Rename the Default.lua file in the 109 input folder and retest

No idea what you mean. Hahahahahahaha I'm not a computer guy...... lol funny thing is the throttle  works fine on my P-51 module no issues.

Ok, open windows explorer and navigate to where your copy of dcs is installed. I don't have the 109 but the following is where the Default.lua for the P-51 is stored.....

<your drive>\DCS World OpenBeta\Mods\aircraft\P-51D\Input\P-51D\joystick

I've attached a screen dump of what my 51's Default.lua location looks like. Go to the 109's folder location and rename its Default.lua to Default.old - (right click and select rename)

Then run up DCS, go into control setup and reassign...check how the throttle behaves.

Nope prevented me from clicking any box on setting to bind a control. Put .Lua extension  back on and I can bind but throttle still doesn't work... o well

All fixed have to set throttle through axis command tab...
