Paint scheme selection doesnt shoe up in in mission editor or mission planner.

 Been away from DCS for quite awhile (two years) now. Got A new computer and just reinstalled DCS a few months ago.

My old A10 and F/A 18 skins arent working. There in my saved games folder (had to make a liveries folder, it wasnt in there) but I dont get a paint scheme selection in game editor or mission planner.

Is there a new way to do this?

I have the Steam version with only one skin installed which I put in 'Steam\steamapps\common\DCSWorld\Mods\aircraft\A-10C_2\Liveries'

It shows up in the Rearm/Refuel menu, not sure about the mission editor as I've yet to figure out how the damned thing works
