Another View Option in Mission Options

I would like to suggest for some view-related settings that I mark in this binary options script, this should also be included in the Mission Editor section of Mission Options so that it can facilitate mission creator. so there is no need to open the options script in the .miz file.

It's like replacing the coalition before, it seems likely to be incorporated into the next update.
