What is the best way to get from BAT54A to BAT54C?

For BAT54A, there is a diode. However, the supply current is insufficient for my needs. BAT54C is exactly what I'm looking for. Only the name changes, but the schema symbol and PCB footprints remain the same. What are all of the locations where I'll need to go to complete the replacement?

If there is a BAT54C part already available, where is it?

No idea what your goal and schematics are, but BAT54A and C are identical diodes, only placed opposite in the package (common anode vs. common cathode) - that's all. So... while the footprint itself is the same (SOT23), replacing A with C on a PCB is probably a very bad idea, but also seems pointless as they are the same diodes - contrary to what you claim. Check the datasheet of the part.
