I am about 99% sure this is just ME, but it seems that lately I am having trouble with Short Takeoffs (when pretty heavily loaded).  In the past, I could pretty easily get airborne and transition by using the recommended Nozzle angle and Rotation speed, but LATELY unless I am really careful, I drop like a rock back to the runway while trying to climb.  I know the Engines were modified from how they were originally, but I am pretty sure my STO problems started long after the Engine modifications were done.

As I said, probably just me, but I wonder if there were any other changes that I need to be aware of in my STO procedure. Similar issues getting off the Deck of the Tarawa where I used to be able to manage it pretty easily.

Hmmmm wondering if the STOL FLAPS are creating more drag than I am used to:

 DCS 2.7.5.10869 Open Beta

Changed: Increased flaps drag coefficient at high flaps deflections

OK, thanks to the folks on the RAZBAM discord:

- I wasn't firewalling the throttles. I didn't realize that was the condition used for calculations on the VREST page. I always tried to stay below the advisories (Hexagon in HUD)

- It does seem that STO using AUTO FLAPS does work as well for me with the configuration I had been using without firewalling.
