Can not map "Toggle Pilot" Button

As in the title: In other modules i have the Toggle Pilot button on my buttonbox. In the Viggen i can not remap it only Shift+P

Any solution?

I went in to map this as well as the new Kneeboard Subpages. None are mapable for me either.
