Mission-9 F15s crash into waiting 2nd element

Hello,

there is an issue I face with mission 9. During take off with my wingman, the F-15s behind us start to take off and crash into my 2nd element.

I attached a printscreen I took when I turned to the side.

Any idea how to fix it?
