Nope, under Freedom of Information Act, you can request they release stuff but there's no guarantee. They can always say no. ;) Whomever created that page mentions that they are more willing to release documents than video. In fact, I've never heard of them releasing anything BUT documents. I don't know much about it though, I've never requested anything myself or known anyone who has.

I always thought the Davy Crockett was fictional from MGS4...now I know better.
