is there a way to have different weather in different regions of a map? I'd like to have a cyclone that a flight has to navigate around (if the pilots are situationally aware).

I’m trying to figure this too. I’d like to have weather that requires an instrument approach at the departure base or carrier and more clear weather at the target area. So far it doesn’t seem like this is possible, unfortunately.
