A-10C from "Distributors" source - no upgrade option?

Hi
I have A-10C in my licences list, but the source is "Distributors", no E-Shop . I want to upgrade to A-10C II Tank Killer but I cant see the upgrade option, only regular module. But there is this option on Steam which I cant use it. How can I upgrade without buying the module again?

The problem is that the upgrade was on sale on Steam for like 9$ and with full price on ED Shop. Support says that it is a Steam price bug, but it was very active for a very long time and it would be until sales ends, so whoever was loyal to Valve,  got a very good offer. Not so much though if you're loyal to ED...

The Steam Upgrade A-10 C was sold as a separate product. Another principle was implemented in the E-Shop. You just put A-10CII in the shopping cart. If you have an "old" A-10C license on your account, the price for the Killer decreased to $20. So I suggested you check it out on the ED store page.
Unfortunately, I do not have a lot of purchased modules in my account, and I cannot check this assumption myself.

No assumption is needed 🙂
It's simple. A-10C upgrade on Steam was 50% off (as a mistake no one noticed or cared about). I asked (via support) if I can have the same price in ED Shop, because... why not - I would buy it cheap if I chose giving my money to Valve back then. But I was just told: "thank you for pointing out our mistake, go away and pay full price in ED Shop". You don't normally do that if you run a business to your customer, especially if it is just 10$ to create a "premium customer care" feeling, but... what can you do... Stick to Steam next time I guess. 🙂

Maybe next time, the error will be made on the ED shop instead of Steam

dmatt76, I have read your correspondence with the support service.
It was about the sale of the A-10C Upgrade for one month at a price of $10. This promotion lasted only a month after the release of this Upgrade (October 2020). The next price of the A-10C Upgrade was $20. This promotion is still valid. The promotion is valid for all Warthog owners, regardless of the module purchase store. And you were also able to buy an upgrade for $20. Naturally, after the end of the promotion, no one would be able to sell you an Upgrade at a reduced price. Nor Steam, nor E-shop.

The October 2020 discount is last year's snow discussion. 😄

I'm talking about Lunar Sale 2022 on Steam when everybody could upgrade A-10C for like 9$. I pointed that out to ED but instead of the same kind of discount on ED shop as a gesture of good will and "thank you", I was sent away to pay the full price for the update.  It is just not very customer friendly attititude, not mentioning worse things 😉
