Remove, delete or prevent the use of canons

Hello everyone, I wanted to ask you a question. Is there a simple way with the mission editor to remove, delete or prevent the use of the Spitfire, Fw190 and BF109 canons, just canons (20mm/30mm…)? I am working on a Battle of Britain campaign and I would like to know how to do it, because even by creating failures I did not succeed.
