I've had over 16 hours trouble free flight (so that's like, what at least 24ish hours if you include playing around with the ME) and out of the blue I've started getting a Runtime error whenever I try to launch a mission or track - they don't generate error logs or anything?! I just did a reinstallation but still this hasn't helped. I have changed nothing on my system since Friday night when I played it last.

Any suggestions?

Update: after de-activating and reinstalling (and this not helping), I decided to try a system restore as some Windows updating had gone on yesterday and I thought that may have caused the problem...oh dear...Starforce re-activation has kicked in and blocked me. Some system info has been taken and sent to 1C...this is looking like it is going to be a right palava.:(

Top tip: do not do a sytem restore without either a) deactivating BS or b) saving the registry key!
