Rotatable Map

Not sure if this has ever been discussed but, either a map you can rotate the orientation North to South or create a map so there is water on the eastside and land on the westside. The Caucasus map would be a perfect candidate to allow a 180* rotation. Is it possible?

Why? This idea makes no sense considering these are all real world locations. Then there are issues like changing all the runway designations etc. DCS is a sim, not a fantasy game.

Why? That totally makes no sense. 
And where have they said a world map is coming this year? That seems unlikely.
