Normandy map- beta vs stable

Hello pilots. I'm concerned whether I should be playing on beta or the stable version.  I have both installed.  

 

I just purchased the Normandy map and ww2 assets. Has normandy been optimized for performance?  If so, does this mean I should be playing on the beta version?

I use only stable version, but don't believe there is any difference between OB and Stable for the Normandy map at the moment. It would be helpful to others I am sure if you would compare the frame rates your system gets between the two, and report it here.
