So I have run fpsVR in freeflight over Persian Gulf. Here is the screenshot:

I don't really can interpret it by myself. Thanks!

That's clearly a pattern. And patterns when it comes to CPU's already point you in the right direction:

My guesses (in order):

1. your CPU is not boosting

2. You have a sync issue between the Memory Management Unit and the PCIe BUS and/or the CPU

3. your CPU is Vdrooping one core too much

4. your CPU is Thermal Throttling (unlikely unless you use the crappy stock cooler)

One more tip: Overclock your CPU, do it! These days, it's easy. Your house won't burn down, the breakers won't trip, mom's not gonna kill you due to the electrical bill. When I started OC'ing CPUs, you had to solder and scratch on that precious CPU that had cost you a leg and an arm. And they burned like a chicken on a grill if you were not careful enough. Today, there are more sensors within a CPU than on the space station... so to speak 😉. Long story short, before something burns your mainboard into glass, it's gonna shutdown itself.

Edit: Oh and the Win Wing LUA problem... of course. Besides all other crapwares written in broken languages with broken libraries on broken OS'es 😄
