qwksi1 Posted February 25, 2022 Share Posted February 25, 2022 (edited) I decided to try to return to DCS after an absence. I have been experiencing game freezes. Mostly when trying to fly an instant action. Game typically freezes within 5 minutes. I installed the latest Nvidia driver and if anything it has gotten worse. I just had 2 freezes in the graphics menu not even loading in to a mission. Attached is my log. Please let me know if there are any other things needed. The only thing I can suspect is USB issues. The other WW2 flight sim runs flawlessly on this hardware. Paganus Posted February 26, 2022 Share Posted February 26, 2022 After a look... The last line does look like a usb device. The address will point you to it in Win10. Even with 32GB RAM that's a small pagefile. Remove the fxo and metashader2 folders from your saved games folder so they are re-created on the new driver. Welcome Back! Good Luck! After some help from the HOGGIT community, I found the last line was my Bluetooth keyboard disconnecting or going into power savings. I changed it to wireless mode and it fixed my issues.
