HI, is it possible to increase the friction so the collective stays in the position you move it too? Mine will return down if I take my hand off the grip, which is a pain if I need to move throttles or other switches......and is this correct anyway? Surely it should have stiction?

System specs: PC1 :Scan 3XS Ryzen 5900X, 64GB Corsair veng DDR4 3600, EVGA GTX 3090 Win 10, Quest Pro, Samsung Odyssey G9 Neo monitor.

There is a rubber cap on top and on the bottom side. If you remove them, you get access to the friction screws.
