kersaint Posted March 14, 2022 Posted March 14, 2022 (edited) Hello, I have a problem with Frenchpack V4.8 and Frenchpack_CA V1.5, no vehicle appears in the mission editor, on the other hand they are visible in the encyclopedia, the files appear in the root of DCS World. It happened suddenly without warning. I tried everything, JSGME or OvGME, nothing helps, ah yes I was going to forget, in Module Management in "Installed" FRENCHPACK also appears. and that's also the same in DCS World Openbeta.I did everything to find the problem, but in vain, what should I do. OLD, I recreated the Mods/tech folder in saved part and all the vehicles of FRENCHPACK V4.8 are operational again. I remembered that Bignewy in a topic said to act this way if a problem arose. Gouranga Posted March 18, 2022 Posted March 18, 2022 (edited) Frenchpack does seem to be crashing my game if I come from a distance, and if I load myself right on top of a unit, it simply won't spawn. I'm not quite ready to make a bug report, but if you want more info: I'm flying the Mi-24, tried the Caucasus and Persian Gulf maps, distance spawning was done with triggers from "DCS Liberation" and spawning on top of it was without triggers. edit: Forgot to mention, this started happening because of the new update, probably something to do with the FLIR, Civilian Aircraft Mod and Military Aircraft Mod both work fine. Hello, it has already happened to me the crash of DCS WORLD with Frenchpack, it was the fact of having installed it in Users Parties registered Mods tech but also in JSGME and DCS crashed, I disabled in JSGME and I had no more crash.

Thanks, but I know it was a headache to install Frenchpack, and so I don't remember what I did to make it work, but now with the new update my game just keeps crashing, it's not only Frenchpack, but it's part of the problem. I have a finite amount of free time, and i don't wanna spend it debugging, so I'll try to download the 2.7.10 version of openbeta. I just wish I didn't have to use command lines to roll back one of ED's updates, but oh well. Again, thanks. Edited March 19, 2022 by Gouranga
