What's your preference in SP so far - fly from the back and let George have the fun? Or Fly from the front and do everything?

Curious is anyone just flying from the front and doing 100% of the work/fun? Any reason why we couldn't besides workload and buttons?

Or is George really that great that flying from the back seat is just better?

What's missing from the front besides startup/shutdown items? Serious question since I haven't RTFM yet..
