From the above named instant start mission, the bird moves backwards as if it is in a stiff headwind it cannot overcome. Jumping high to altitude continues to reveal other control issues. I have no problem flying the training missions.

Whenever i start on any instant action mission on a live range for example (any map) whenever i try to lift off the controls are not responding to my stick input when i am low to the ground (cant go forwards or taxi etc) and when i try and get airborne it wants to fly backwards until i get high enough where some stick input is recognised by the heli. but a minute or so later i get a load of error messages for high RPM  and it climbs thousands of feet and then drops out of the sky. i have replicated this every single time i have tried on every map. i have ensured that all my controls are mapped as they should be and i have then gone into an multiplayer server where there are no issues whatsoever.

the training missions are also fine with no problem. it seems that the issue arises when you start hot on the ramp in an instant action mission. i have a few videos saved however the file size is too big to post on here. i have read below that another person is experiencing the same problem

I am having the same control problem but its on a created mission. I have the thing hot started on ramp and even if I trim full forward on cyclic it still goes backward.

I found the game mode checked, removed that and put the pedal trimmer to the options with no springs and it works perfect now

Many thanks for that advice.   I have been going mad trying to sort it out and you just did it for me, many many thanks Tusler, I now flies and flies great. Cheers Dave
