Hey guys, I've recently picked up a Delanclip with Opentrack - from my Youtube browsing a fairly common setup.

After a few days of tweaking, I have the curves set up pretty close to perfect. One issue that I've noticed, however - and have since day one - is that the "Game data" will move even when I hold my head perfectly still in "Raw data". It's mostly yaw - occasionally pitch. So, for example, if I look at little to the right I get a 6 in raw data. Without moving my head at all that translates to a range between 58 and 69 in game data, which is very twitchy in game - especially if you're trying to do something with a helmet mounted display.

I've dug through settings, tried "smoothing", etc. I know there's some folks here that have been using this set up for a heck of a lot longer than I have - so I just wanted to see if any of this sounds familiar and if you've got any recommendations for fixing it.

Hey, I appreciate the suggestion - dead zones are really helpful, especially looking straight ahead, so you don't bob around too much looking down the gunsight.

I've tracked down - what was for me - the issue. In case future users come across this in a search - it was the "Point extraction" settings in the Accela filter. On "automatic" it was picking up "ghost lights" on the side of my headset, probably reflections from the room lights or the sun as the case may be. I turned off automatic and set the threshhold higher - been smooth as butter ever since.

Thanks for that - I've had a few issues myself, and I'll try that setting.
Though I should add, it's in the PointTracker input settings on mine, not the Accella filter settings.
