How to turn off the repeat command voice

I had the command repeat voice off, (that being the voice command that is heard when you keyboard a command or requst in) then I had to do a install. Now I can't remenber, or find, how to turn off the voice.

Found it, open the sound folder and remove the wingman1 folder.
