Amerik Posted March 21, 2022 Share Posted March 21, 2022 (edited) I just got the leapmotion controller and the current implementation is quite useful. I suggest an option to toggle leapmotion 'hands' for situations such as startup or accessing buttons on the sidepanels (since leapmotion hands disables mouse pointer). Till we get that option ingame officially, I was wondering if it's possible to change the settings of the special tab in the ingame menu by editing a file, with an external program. I thought of making small jitters (to disable hands) in the throttle input and joystick input with autohotkey but my throttle and joystick already make those jitters so that's a nogo unfortunately. You can change the settings in the options.lua file in the "C:\Users\<UserName>\Saved Games\DCS\Config" folder but I am trying to figure out how to 'trigger' this change in setting ingame.
