ME - Message to players in zone, how?

I've imported the Apache_Hunting_Ground missing into a larger syria mission I have. The exisiting mission is Moose based, however the Apache mission is ME trigger based. The issue I'm having is that I want the "message to all" actions to just be seen by clients withing the area of the missions and not server wide. I solved the sound file output by sending it to a specific radio freq so it's just the on screen messages that are an issue now.

I don't think there is any direct way to only send a message to players in a zone using triggers and actions.

Can I do a "do script" action to get the outcome I'm looking for. Can you use moose code in the "do script" option since it's loaded at the start of the mission? I've never really tried somethign like this and my attemps thus far have all failed.
