F-16C NVG on Oculus Rift S - broken after latest OB?

The NVG have become weird after the latest update on my Oculus Rift S. Whereas before the green circle only occupied a bit of the field of view, and it looked like part of a spherical lens, now it is massive and it looks like a flat disc. See attached image. On a flat screen it look ok.

Any idea what's going on?
