Apache module has stopped reading my Throttle keybind LUA file after installing Combined Arms

Just happened after purchasing and installing combined arms last night. I can open the LUA and verify my keybinds are in it, but when I go into DCS the keybinds for the throttle appear to be defaulted. I tried using a backup keybind LUA but it didn't change anything. I tried deactivating (Steam) Combined Arms but that didn't help. I don't want to try and just rebind my buttons. They're already bound and the file is right there. I think it has affected my UH-60 mod throttle keybinds as well. Every other module seems unaffected. 

I'm attaching a copy of my throttle LUA, a screenshot of one keybind example and a screenie from DCS to show that this keybind isn't present in game.

Since no response I just rebound my throttle and also my controller for tedac. I saved another lua as backup and also saved profiles as backup. Hopefully the backups work next time…..
