I purchased DCS: BS yesterday evening via download...registered on the DCS site and proceeded with my download. For some reason I can't seem to login to get my Serial Number to activate the product. I clicked on Forgot Password, entered my email address...and got the "your password has been sent to your email"...but no email yet. Is there a delay or is the service down now? Just a little impatient as I'm dying to try this sim out! Thanks so much!!!

Did you put in the correct email when registrering?

No miss-spelling or such?

 

If you put in the wrong email the system must likely sends an email but to wrong email!

No - i used the correct email. Just to be sure I tried registering again and got the whole..."that email is already registered" message. Plus - I received my order confirmation via email from donotreply@protx.com, but unfortunately I never received an email from DCS confirming my registration. Hmmm....MUST PLAY BS SOON! :-D
