Spanish version will be compatible with english activations?

Hi i´m planning on buying the english downloadable version of BS.

 

My questions is, when the spanish version comes out, will I have to buy that version as if they were different games or wil it be like an option (en-sp-fr-etc...)?

 

And also, will the spanish version be a boxed game or just downloadable?.

When the Spanish version - download and boxed are released in March, You will have to buy as a new game/product
