Hello, I am not sure if this is intended or not. But when using the Yaw autopilot, and pedals are close to center, the autopilot tries to maintain heading. When reaching its 18% authority limit, it continues to attempt to hold heading by using the pedal dampener. You can see this work in the Right control + enter menu, when reaching its limit with pedals close to center a yellow cryllic letter appears signifying that it is now using the pedal dampener to attempt to hold heading.

However my reason for this report is that, proportional to the amount that the yaw autopilot moves the pedal dampener to maintain heading, the yaw pedal trim is also moved from center permanently. I have my pedal trim option in special settings disabled, and must use trim reset occasionally to fix this. I believe the Mi-24 has no pedal trim, and thus would not work this way. I do not know if this is implemented to not have the pedal position jump when turning the system off, or if this is an unintended side effect of how this feature of heading hold is achieved.

Either way, it would be much appreciated if this could be looked into. Especially if this option of the pedals being automatically trimmed by the autopilot yaw heading hold could be disabled by not having the pedal trim option in special settings selected, or in other words to tie this pedal trimming to the pedal trim special option. As one would expect to never have to deal with pedal trim by not turning on this option.

Thank you
