Farp Vehicles.... dont worry i RTFM'ed but need clarification

I am trying to place vehicles at the farp and i have looked on page 126 on the GUI manual, and the vehicles i placed like CP SKP-11 command vehicle and even a FARP command post and a CPU apa 50 and 80 for electrical..... i have placed ALL according to page 126 on the GUI manual but when i try to request for it on the farp... they say "Unable to comply" ?????????? anyone know what i might be doing wrong?

sure..... i did it to the first farp and all the other farps just have the vehicles but i tested from the first farp? it even has the buildings

lol i have one mission where we have to protect a convoy and it works with the FARP so i'll have to see if i can make a template from that or something :D

here is my farp vehicles I have..... and the farp structures..... i copied this from a different mission of mine where it WORKS and heres proof that ground power is not applied and when i ask for it they say cannot comply ERRRRRRRRGH!

What exactly aren't you getting? Fuel, ammo, external electric suplies?

nothing and when i request it they say "Cannot comply" so i'm able to talk to them but they wont do anything. are they not paid enough? :D lol

the interesting thing is i have a mission where it WORKS and i have made a template and have EXACTLY the same stuff in another mission but its a no go.... "cannot comply" :(

these are vehicles and objects I placed by my FARP and I'm getting everything, fuel, ammo, external power suply. Looks like you have the same... Maybe you need to try to move them closer to the FARP. NOTE: Vehicles and objects placed directly on the FARP.

do you have FARPA Ammo dump and FARPA Fuel... um something...

Anyway they are under Objects NOT vehicals.It works on my missions.

yes i do :'( i have both.... i dont have a fire truck though but that shouldnt matter when it comes to getting weps and fuel and ground power

 

and from my screenshot i posted.... they are on the farp.... :(

well i figured it out...... in the GUI manual on page 126........... it says eastern force and western forces but what it actually should mean is Red forces and Blue forces...... so in my mission i had russia on the blue side and thats it..... well i ruined that mission because the BLUE side HAS to have western vehicles at the farp..... :(
