Logitech X56 Springs

Hello all,

First post so go easy:)

Just purchased a brand new X56 Hotas. After unboxing I noticed that it comes with different sizes of springs.

 

What is the purpose of these springs and which one should I chose.

They change the tension of the stick. I use the red one. A lot of folks go even further than that and make external modifications to increase the tension more.

At one point I even stacked the springs lol  I found too stiff is not good for me though.

I used the lightest spring, and then used two zip ties to "shorten" the spring. Works great for a very loose stick which keeps its center.
