Nevigation lights etc..is not working well

I noticed nev lights is not able to turn off. there is no on and off key setting.. I remember it used to there somewhere.

Also some another keys not working it should be, Panel light Increase and decreased also not working.

Anyone please contact Polychop and make her ok !!!!
