Radio window,
Message window (comes from server or mission),
Aircraft specific overlays (Mi-24 Petrovich's or AH-64D George's)
Control Indicators (Main indicator and SAS indicators),
Kneeboard!!!

...and others that possibly I can't recall right now...

Please make a new "option page" for all these windows for us to position them globally (apply for all modules).

Or just let us drag them around like the kneeboard and have the position actually saved.
Personally, I would like it to be a per aircraft thing.

And I add the cargo indicator to the list.
